Choosing a hotel furniture supplier is a schedule decision, not a catalogue decision. The wrong partner shows up at punch list — when rooms cannot be handed over and revenue slips day by day.

Use this 12-point scorecard before you shortlist (score 0–2 per row; pass at ≥18/24):

YABO opened our Foshan factory in 2019; we run mock-up approval, batch QC and port documentation as one workflow for Africa, Middle East and Southeast Asia openings.

Next step: send room count, port city and opening month via /contact#inquiry. Compare our scoped BOQ against your shortlist using the scorecard above.

FAQ

Should I visit the factory? Video audit plus mock-up sign-off often suffices if QC records are shared batch-by-batch.

Is lowest FOB price safe? Low FOB with weak packing and no spares usually costs more at site.

EPC or FF&E-only? Choose EPC when you need one partner accountable for drawings, production, shipping and installation sequencing — see /hotel-epc.
